Might be mistaken, but I think these are called 'sweepers' although I would prefer 'ikan bilis'. They like to hang out beside rocks where they can avoid the currents. Size is about 2 to 3 centimeters.
Yes, both my missus and I are PADI advanced divers... been diving since March 2001... I love fishing too... will post some pics later... every summer, I hit the ocean... to dive, swim... or scour the rocks for sea shells for makan...
