The palm-on-the-chest thingy was proposed by some politician to show that Malaysia also has her very own way of salutation, as per the Japanese bow, the Thai clasped hands, the matsalleh handshake, etc... think this proposal will die a natural death evetually. Laguna is good, and the pool is very good, complete with a bubble spa. A dip in the 'warm' pool after returning from the sea is heavenly. Perhentian is lovely too. I hope Perhentian will not be developed as Redang was. We had been to Lang Tengah thrice. Stayed at the Blue Coral Island Resort (BCIR). The folks there are very very friendly. On our third trip there, we got trapped because of a storm. The manager treated us super well, offering us accomodation and food at no cost, plus a partial refund of the air ticket. How kind. There will be a fourth visit for us. The good thing about BCIR is the house reef. You can snorkel anytime you want. Besides, they provide free snorkeling trips daily.
See this page for some pictures...
http://www.angelfire.com/stars3/lrong/index.htmlLrong Limhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16071380270069499888noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8909815.post-1114336277719038802005-04-24T18:51:00.000+09:002005-04-24T18:51:00.000+09:00hi, I was in Redang too late March. What does it mean?

Btw, I was staying besides Laguna, Redang resort. Quite ok but I envy Laguna. At least laguna has a swimming pool (though I have no idea why I need it when the ocean is in front of the eyes).

It was a great holiday but I still prefer Perhentian. Hey, is Lang Tengah good? My next island trip will be LT.sherrinahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02366485297624564784noreply@blogger.com
